CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to ensure fairness and efficiency, I kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost. This policy allows me to manage my time effectively and offer openings to other clients who may be waiting.
